Welcome to St. Paul’s Church in the Jewellery Quarter. We are a place for Christian worship, reflection, concerts, celebrations, and community life.
We gather weekly on Sundays at 10.30 am, and would love to welcome you.
We are currently fundraising to save the church from catastrophic water damage by replacing the roof. So far, we have raised £200,000 out of our £660,000 total – please see here for more information, or if you would like to contribute to the Raise the Roof campaign or to our weekly running costs, please use the donation buttons below.
A Prayer for St. Paul’s
Faithful Father, you have called us to shine to your glory.
– David Tomlinson, Vicar

Join Us for Public Worship: St. Paul’s warmly invites you to attend our Public Worship services every Sunday at 10:30 am. The service lasts just over an hour, and is characterised by spoken prayers, stillness, Bible readings, music and singing, and an invitation to receive bread and wine, or a prayer of blessing. Afterwards, you can linger for light refreshments and to connect with others who are there.
Come to pray or to reflect: For those seeking a quiet moment of reflection or to pray, the church is open for individual private prayer from 11-2 pm Monday to Friday.
Enjoy the beauty and history of this iconic church: you can do a self-guided tour of the church using the guides or ask for a guided tour if one of our volunteers is available.
Weekly Midday Prayer: Midday Prayer meetings every Monday and Wednesday at 12:30 am which lasts 15 minutes or so. This is when the prayer requests left in the prayer chapel are prayed.
Online Worship Service: If accessing the church building is challenging for you, we extend a warm invitation to join our Sunday worship service online at 10:30 AM via Zoom. To join, please email onlineservices@stpaulsjq.church, and we will guide you on how to connect with us digitally.
We also meet regularly for Bible Study. More information to follow.
